i dunno about the weight gain, but from all the maids, it might be a anime i once watched,about a guy who inherits a dead relatives house, n its ran by a hoard of busty maids ready to do anything he asks for.

Er, Taruby provided the source already. It's Ai Kora (Love & Collage), a manga by the guy who did Midori no Hibi. Ai Kora's a cute romantic comedy about a fetishist who obsesses over girls for their parts (perfect legs/eyes/breasts/voice/etc), and winds up living in a dorm with a bunch of them.

I've only read the first three volumes, and I haven't come across this scene, so I figure it's from a later chapter.

I have read Vol 4 and 5, the scen is not on thos two vol.

So far I've read through the first five volumes, and nothing.
But it is a very good harem series.

Looks like this particular chapter involves Maeda butting heads with a debusen (that's the Japanese word for an FA) "white prince" plotting to fatten up the girls of the neighborhood...

Hachibe maeda want to become fat so he can love fat teen rich girl.

But I don't see 3 main girl of ai kora became fat anywhere.

~ there are more than three main girls in Ai Kora.
~~ There are about five(Voice, Legs, Bust, Eyes, and abdomen)

~ The only pictures you contributed to the conversation are from the first chapter in the series.
~~ Even if she was fat, there was no process, which is the basis for this website.

~ That plot bit of "Hachibe maeda want to become fat so he can love fat teen rich girl." is wrong, and goes against Hachibe's basic character.
