Total Eclipse

Just witnessed the total eclipse today and it got me thinking, what's everyone's opinion on how such an event would affect a werewolf?

A solar eclipse can only happen on a new moon and it's not like passing in front of the sun makes the moon "fuller" in any way, so if I was trying to make internally consistent werewolf lore I'd probably rule that they don't experience anything a normal human wouldn't. That's really no fun, though.
