Kemono Jihen: Female TF

I suspect this anime will have several transformations. For now it's have two brief ones:

-On episode 3, the Kitsune called Kon transforms into an anthro Fox on 12:06, process is quick but noticeable.

-On episode 6, around 7:52, a woman transforms into a fly-woman, not much is shown but the process is again noticeable.

The main antagonist seems to be an exhuberant red-haired which can become some sort of feral wolf, jackal thingy, only the before and after have been shown briefly as of today.
