Spaceship Agga Ruter had sort of like a Werewolf in it, though she was more like a cat woman who grew fur, claws and a lion-ish tail after having sex with the main character (she couldn't control it due to having no idea what she was) It was done really well and the style was straight out of Tenchi! Muyo. I may still have the clip sitting around and will attach it if I do. Another one was called Lunatic Night and again one of the girls wasn't a werewolf but a weird dog/woman hybrid that could transform at will into a very furry wolflike creature, but changed in the anime during sex with the main character. Finally in Elven Bride 2, one of the patients toward the end turns into a much larger breasted, pointy eared, fanged halfbreed wolfwoman. She doesn't get furry and it's mostly for comedy relief. I don't have the clip of that one though. Found the other two though! Sorry about the black bars on Agga Ruter, I've never found a version without them. Enjoy.

I wish depictions like Lunatic Night's would get run that isn't pigeon holed into a 8 second animation and obnoxious plot that makes the concept look like a bad idea. Transformation's in hentai so often just get relegated to mostly obscured tentacle penis, pointy ears, and if they are feeling generous totally random stripes. We might even get a pallet swap if they feel like splurging.

Sorry but Peter is the Wolf is hardly a hentai and is a webcomic, not really an animation.
Note that Hentai is the equivalent of anime pornm not regarding to western porn.

My thought was that people interested in werewolves might enjoy it.

So you are looking for something more "animated", then?
I vaguely recall two titles, but I can't remember their names. One of them was about a group of assassins (?) and one of them could TF into a cheetah, I think. Not exactly a wolf, but I thought it was worth mentioning. I can't recall much about the second one, but I'll see if I have it somewhere.

On a sidenote, I do remember a comic(?) involving a werewolf and a ghost/invisible girl...can't remember the name, though. :(

Honestly, I don't think there is any more notable werewolf hentai content that hasn't already been mentioned in this thread yet. The scenes in La Blue Girl are basically the best there is when it comes to that. You've got a big breasted anime girl who tears off her clothes and starts masturbating furiously while transforming, and then it turns into a lesbian scene. I don't see a hentai being made anytime soon that's going to top that.

Werewolves and werecreatures in general are just not a really popular teme among animes-mangas, compared to vampires; though lately I have been spotting a few werewolf characters or themed anime than the usual, not hentai, but they are there. Heck recently there even was a werewolf themed movie released, Wolf Children, and its been praised as one of the best animated films of the year at least.

Making snide replies to TFV's snide replies only causes him to make more snide replies. You will never be able to beat him at his own game.

I feel like it's worth bringing up whenever this topic comes around, but there is a reason why werewolves are uncommon in anime: it's a damned difficult thing to draw. You need key frame people and tweeners who have a very solid grasp on anatomy, and that's not the sort of skillset that anyone has at the chinese and korean studios that they outsource all the tweening to. It's barely even a skill that japanese studios have. As well, because of how unique a skill that is, all of those shots would be incredibly expensive while adding no appreciable value to the show.

Something else that not many westerners appreciate is that "furry" and "monstergirls" in japan are almost 100% sexual fandoms. There is no community, there is no clean stuff, there is nothing intended for children. The only purpose of the fandom is sexual in nature. No one is going to incorporate that into a mainstream show, and the niche can't afford to support a DVD industry the way lolicon can.
