Although there is no BE in this comic, the theme is BE.

The girl is upset that her chest is flat so she goes to an "breast expert" for help.
The story is quite humorous. Expecially the breast expert. ^_^

I don't think it's freaky, but it doesn't deal with real flesh. Though it was interesting nonetheless.

In Anime, flat chests just won't do. :p

That has to be the most nonsensical hentai (is that the right word?) I've ever seen. I can't for the life of me figure out how the panels stitch together into a story.

It becomes much more clear when you wear a pair of breast glasses.

I have to agree that most of what I saw and could figure out that yes it really didn't look like it made much sense, and I doubt it would translated. But then again like Sutibaru said put on your glasses and focus on what we all come here to see whether or not it makes sense.

Because I am so used to this kind of stuff, I did not get confused at all throughout this chapter.

Its not as confusing as it is just plain silly :D
