Unfortunately I'm not quite sure, although I do have the whole episode (in Japanese) which involves the same girl stealing a girl's breasts and hair, and then later stealing a larger set of hips/backside and then EVEN bigger boobs from a tennis player to match her new figure.

I can post those clips although the actual process is a bit sketchy, but the overall swapping is pretty interesting. At the end of the episode the girl has a breakdown and swaps everybody's parts around at the school; some guys end up with female breasts, hips, and hair. The girl ends up becoming a very hot older girl.
