Hmm... The first seems to focus more on the breasts, while the second moreso on the growth of the redhead's new 'appendage.' That's probably why a couple of people have expressed preference for the former. Admittedly I'd be interested in a translation of the latter, largely out of curiosity as to what exactly is going on (other than the obvious, of course =P).

What's funny is that this is some of Saizo's tamer stuff - I've seen a bit of his other works floating around the 'net, and they're definitely more odd (he's got a thing for DG, it seems, which isn't overmuch my thing - but hey, if you like it I'd recommend looking for his manga).
