The girl makes a formula that serves as an aphrodisiac and seems to enlarge male's penis (don't make comments on the irony please), though it's show after the process, in the ninth page the boy tricks the girl making her think he drink all the formula, however he gaves her a kiss and makes her drink all the rest of it, much more than the guy swallowed. In the last page you can see in retrospective that the girl is once again reviving him with electroshocks, and then comes the DTG, I guess by now it's pretty self-explanatory what happened...
