I'm trying to make the dynamic between Mary and The Body an interesting and evolving thing- I want The Body to be a kind of Quasi-antagonist, someone that Mary has to fight against to get her way while not being directly opposed to her. Like a farmer trying to contain and divert floodwaters from his crops, the water doesn't think it's doing anything wrong, it just is what it is and the Farmer has to work to make it work for him instead of against him.
And I'd be able to keep up the work much better if you people would give me some more character ideas! Do I have to do this all myself?
