I've got two things two say:
1: I prefer lamias to snakes, just getting that out there.
2: you shouldn't worry about Tsunade's breast size. That's part of doing fanart. I can't ever recall visiting a japanese artist's site, and seeing realistically proportional breast (to the original character anyway). It's all up to you, you can make them normal sized or a bit bigger (wink wink). But seriously it's your call to make.
