Well, at least you've completed the first process of creating the manga... The Basis story plot. Now to finish the story plot process, I'd recommend that you create a plot for individual pages... or panels if you're up to it.
Also, i've noticed that most manga comics produced by individuals have a strange view in panels, or in other words, it looks like the distance between characters and the background are way off. This type of thing is called a vector point... or vanishing point, in panels if you don't know already. Quite simply, a good thing to do is to draw a box on the panel, and make 4 straight lines toward that box. Now the point of the box of course is the vanishing point. Or where the sight of view of the reader supposedly ends. Now what we also need to add in, is how far you want the reader to see, if you're gonna do a close up you want the panel. Then you make a bigger box. What we try to achieve by doing this, is to make a sort of 3d guideline for the characters... Not some strange looking thing where a person looks smaller than he looks or farther than he should be from another object.
