From what I've heard on tsa-talk they used to have lots of commentary
on submitted stories in the late 1990's till Oren Otter attacked commentators
who harshly commented on his creations.At which point reader
interactions slid downhill.
I find most creatives say some useless thing such as
"comments Please"
rather then providing directions on just whats supposed to be
commented on.
if they can't be bothered providing the guidance,I can't be
bothered playing the role of the drooling fan.

I personally prefer people to point out plot inconsistencies, spelling errors (I cane knot spill two god wish oat a spill cheek), unbelievability, character problems. I don't mind if people point out what I did well, but I tend to know that already.
