Bitching usually means you haven't taken the time to look at the positives. There's fault in everything because nothing is perfect. Kind words on areas to work on go a lot farther than "This sucked." But the feeling of saying "This sucked" is a lot better and easier to write than a detailed description of what to do.
Why complain about free things? I only complain if I've been duped, defrauded, or someone plays a trick on me.
