A long time back, I found a certain manga or a portion of such, I'm not sure.
This manga featured a tutor who had large breasts, and when she thought about her student, said breasts became engorged with milk. She also couldn't drink milk, or else she would swell up further. I had it a long time ago, but I am unable to find it anymore.
If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it! ^^
