After much speculation surrounding the image below, someone posted a link to a site, containing a goldmine of hentai manga, including the hentai that featured the image below.

The basic story of the manga was this girl was friends with a bunch of guys, one of whom she really likes, but after school ends, everyone parts ways for the summer. As you might be able to guess, when school re-adjourns, she was blessed with these massive mammaries from a "summer growth spurt," and the ensuing sexual tension and eventual fucking follows.
