Re: Midna BE Story
Maybe this piece is not so good. I have to get into it again. But anyway, read the next part.
'' The sun was high in the sky already when Midna and Link woke up. ‘‘ We might’ve slept a bit too long...’’, said Midna, searching the sky for mysterious clouds. If they were to stop the curse, they would have to make haste for the place where they had last seen it, Karakiko Village. Link walked to some strange grass- he grabbed and blew on it. The tune echoed throughout the province, and in moments they could hear a horse running. In less than a minute, Epona, Link’s horse, stood in front of them.
Midna looked doubtfully- she’d never ridden on a horse before. She wondered if she could climb on. Link volunteered to let her use his shoulders. Midna doubted, but they were running out of time so she stepped on Link’s shoulders and from there on the horse ( it was easier for Midna than for Link- his shoulders, though strong, couldn’t take the weight very long ). After that, Link jumped on the horse. Epona didn’t much like the weight either- she hoped it wouldn’t be a long trip.
And so Epona started galopping, through the Faron Woods, accurately moving past the trees. Midna’s breasts bounced horribly at this speed. It hurt, but all Midna thought about was stopping the curse- if another person would get cursed, they’d become even bigger. ‘‘ Even bigger...’’, she whispered to herself, observing her large breasts bounce at every step the fast horse took. She observed her back did not hurt- apparently, that was included with the magic spell. ‘‘ Strange...’’, she said to herself.
She hadn’t been paying attention, but now noticed they were running over Hyrule Field, in the direction of Death Mountain. Kakariko Village lay at it’s foot. Midna knew no one had been cursed yet, but she also could not see the cloud, and so it was probable that an object had already been cursed. Link noted to himself to give Epona a few lumps of sugar as a reward for carrying a large weight at this speed, as the gate came into view. It was open ( fortunately- perhaps Epona couldn’t have jumped it with Midna on her back ).
As they walked in the village, Link and Midna jumped off Epona. Link gave Epona two lumps of sugar. ‘‘ Link- I cannot show myself in town.’’, Midna said. Link, in body language, made clear he would look in town and she could stay near the gate with Epona. He smiled at her, and walked further in Kakariko Village. He walked around town to see if anyone knew anything. There were a few Gorons that simply greeted him, and Barnes told him that his bombs were selling well, but no one seemed to have seen anything special.
Link, walked through the village a second time when he ran into Malo, a really intelligent and yet really small kid. ‘‘ Oh, hi, Link.’’, he said. Link nor Malo were very talkative, and the conversation threatened to end, when Link gave him a questioning look- Malo owned a story in the castle town, so what was he doing here? ‘‘ Oh- the Malo Mart needed a new special object to sell, and one of the Gorons promised to find me a gemstone.’’, he said in answer to Link’s questioning look.
Link was walking further on when suddenly a Goron came toward Malo. Link kept walking but caught a bit of the conversation. ‘‘ Hey, Malo. Here’s that gemstone you wanted- it’s a valuable diamond ( not a Rupee ). You know, something strange happened just a few hours ago. See, I had refined and cleaned the diamond, and I left it next to the hot spring, and I was just going to pick it up when this cloud landed on it and disappeared...’’, he said. Link turned around quickly. Malo had taken the diamond and was walking away.
He moved to the village gate with surprising speed. Link ran as fast as he could, but Malo was much closer to the gate. He was out of sight before Link could reach him, but he ran on until he was also at the gate. Midna was still there, hiding behind Epona. Link could see a horse ( not Epona ) running away- Malo had been brought here by a horserider. Link quickly tried to make clear to Midna that Malo had the cursed object in his possesion, and he jumped on Epona. Midna still stood there, a bit confused.
Link held out his arms, and Midna grabbed them. Link then lifted her on the horse just like that. Immediatly after that his arms hurt, and kept hurting for several days. He rubbed his sore arms a bit, and then made Epona run after the horse in the distance.''
Should Zelda get cursed now... or later?
