Those kinds of butt-expansion pictures just don't really do it for me, it seems like it'd be quite a hassle for the person.
I can see the little children now:
"Mommy, why does that lady have balloons in her pants?"
"I don't know Molly, but it's not polite to point at someone else's flaws"
"But Mommy, what if she sat on something sharp and pointy, she would lose her balloons"
