Hey. Looking for a Manga that was posted here before. In the manga, a woman police officer joins a cult that is dedicated to bringing big boobs to every woman. The cult acchives this by making big breasted women into bombs and when they explode, they make everyone that is caught in the blast busty, but become flat themselves.
