I've found a few glitches... a missing event path for the plantgirl endings, as well as some blank, unmoving screens - usually found near the lamia and witch endings.
Getting past the harpygirls can be a bit difficult as well, especially since you have to wait for the ending each time you miss a single step.
The game seems to freeze when you answer the witch submissively at the bed...
To be honest, it feels like the lamia are unfinished...
