I don't wanna read what everybody said in case there are spoilers, but I don't want to wait to make my bug reports in case I forget them!
Okay first off, thanks for adding the option to skip the intro. I watched it anyways in case you changed it. There's one problem with the intro that was there before, I'm not sure I thought to report it before. At the bottom where Relm and the monstergirl are, the top of their heads is cut-off by the tile above them.
I went through to check the previous endings in case you changed them as well. The art is new, for one thing. There was only one problem I noticed; when you get transformed by Rosa the screen gets filled up with a picture of Jessica/DQSage showing her breasts, and that picture just stays on the screen, blocking the view of Rosa's sprite all over you, followed by the 'big reveal' when Rosa moves to the side and reveals the Catgirl-you. That big reveal was my favorite part of the original MonsterGirl Quest, so I'm upset that it's bugged. ^.^;;
Now onto the new content...
When I first started the updated game, it had two save games already in place. One is of Jessica in some kind of plant-filled tunnel, and the other is of Jessica, Rydia, and Rosa all in a party near the Witch's Tower.
A Lamia just used Facination on me, and Jessica said "Please, wrap me up!" and the screen went black with the wavering numbers at the top right, but the numbers didn't change and nothing happened. I had to alt-F4 to quit.
It just happened again. This seems consistant.
That time the facination was resisted a couple of times, and a couple of times I got wrapped up and kissed but resisted, then facination 'Please wrap me up' and black unresponsive screen. So, that'll be where your bug is.
The wind special effect seems to be stuck on, as well. After I passed the windy area, the bridge was constantly windy, then the Lamia area was windy, then when I let the Lamias catch me, the Witch's room was windy.
Let me test it. *test* Yes, when I went back to the wind area and waited for the wind to stop before leaving the room, it didn't have wind in the later rooms. Leaving while the wind was on again, left the other rooms windy again.
Oh that time the Lamia facination/wrapmeup worked. Odd.
I got caught by the plantgirl in the second part of the plantgirl tunnel, and failed to escape enough times that my mind counter hit 100. The next time it rolled to see if I escaped, the whole game crashed and gave this error in a windows dialog box: "Event Script referenced an event that doesn't exist."
*tries again* The same thing happened a second time. I noticed that just before the error, the screen faded to black and the music changed to the same theme of the witch. It's likely that's where the issue lies.
Okay this is weird. I both saved and did not save Rydia. There was a picture of Rydia tangled up with a Lamia for a bit, and then the Lamia was all 'drat. Well I'm teleporting this one back to the tower.' then Rydia and the Lamia teleported away, but I'm still talking to a now invisible Rydia, who is offering to join us.
Okay I've just let the Lamia take Rydia, but then the screen went black and didn't come back out. This time it wasn't unresponsive, though; I could access my inventory screen. I tried it a second time, no difference.
At the end of the Rydia saving sequence, an exit on the right side of the screen leads to an entrance on the right side of the screen; it's confusing.
I decided to try doing all submissive answers with the witch, but after the submissive answer at the bed, Jessica laid down and nothing happened. The game has become unresponsive.
I got "Event Script referenced an event that doesn't exist." again after trying all Bad answers.
I think I'm gonna call it a wrap for now, but that's a lot of bugs for you to handle already. Don't give up! *cracks the whip!*
