I don't know if the Mastasia-type falsies are inflatable. Personally, I think they're foam rubber, but I'm not in film or anything resembling it so that's a very amateur guess. However, the material itself just doesn't look like it would lend well to any kind of inflation, which means multiple props, and so on, and so forth.
