what emulator do I use to run this?

Edit: Ive used
Ideas 1.0.0.7 (causes it to shut down the rom and crashed the emulator)
DeSmume 0.4.0 (doesnt run)
Ensata 1.3c (doesnt run either)
Dualis 10 (cant find the place to download it)
Dsemu (not gonna take the chance on the incomplete version I found)
Dualis 20.4 (gives error "R15 unaligned" then crashes)
NeonDs 0.2.1 (@.@ no idea how to use to complicated)
No$GBA 2.2 (Has got the farthest so far but gives error: "the data could not be read please turn off the power, then remove and reinsert the DS game card")
