They've pretty much figured it out, it's neither Ji-hoon nor Yuna, but really the only thing that's there when an amnesiac wakes up (which just happened to be after a gender-swap). Since amnesia is something that can eventually cure itself, there's the chance that one or both personalities will come back around with the memories.
