urgh! I can't believe i'm going out of my lurkiness for this. Well it does say "everything else" lol

You should put it for both its effect and tuning abilities! Provided you have a 7 stars synchro monster! One good example is being in a really tight spot and synchro summon a black rose dragon to clean the field in 1 turn!
