Yeah I've seen it and it's not worth it. Basically you see a big bunch of pixels get stabbed with a needle and it becomes an erect and bigger bunch of pixels and the guy walks away. It's just some grunts getting an erection booster type thing to screw a girl like most hentai of course. Nothing special, but I suppose it might be a bit better without the pixel covering the one I saw had.
