I've been looking for quite some time for a story. At first I thought to was on the Transformation Story Archive, but I've searched the Animal, Furry, Strange, and even the Transgendered sections for it and come up empty.
In it, a woman goes to a clinic and asks to become a squirrel (possibly a character she created, or maybe just a random squirrel - I don't remember). One doctor manages to switch her mind with that of a squirrel. The last line is something to the effect of the squirrel-in-a-human-body crying and saying that she wants to be a squirrel.
Does that ring any bells to anyone?
