The AP itself isn't the most exciting in the world, and after a few episodes, they stop showing the transformation altogether. She tends to just hop into a concealed place, and come out again as Lala. When it is shown, the most drastic changes are kept discreetly offscreen (for example, she rotates during the sequence, and her breasts grow while her back is to the viewer) But it's still not bad. It's especially cute when, after the first change, she peeks down the front of her shirt and blushes.
