It isn't just a matter of courtesy towards the minority - labeling something allows a person who likes it to find it more easily, as well as warning to people who don't like it. So even if such a thing is accepted by the majority, it's still a good idea to clearly mark them (whether it's nudity, sex, whatever).

EDIT--Katt, what happened last time you started picking nits in a thread? Please leave off with the moral judgment because you think someone's "too young" (or because you think their parents are overprotective). You don't know what the situation is, and it's frankly none of your business either. Besides, there's no age rule here; nothing that says, "X age and up".
