Not necessarily. Although I knew about the third eye and the game before I saw any gifs, I have seen the third eye on a gif before. Probably the original rip then someone ripped the eye out and patched it up to make it "better".
EDIT: Although the gif is good, I wish it was BE'ed with the white cloth and original hair instead of the black. It would have looked much better.
