I've watched this entire series, the spoiler on that girl is that she is a vampire bound by the curse of a Mage's Father, anyways, when she has full power, she goes into adult form, but is usually in child form in this anime, this is the same Negima that AIR BE one is from, the one with the girl in the white swimsuit who slowly gets larger.
