It can ruin or distract from cuteness or humor. Sometimes that's not an issue, but it's definitely a factor. I got a lot of comments on it like "I actually liked the censored version because the nipples distracted me". Also, I only want to use it if it makes sense or can't be avoided. Mattie's going to have the pasties still, because she's used to this happening; she only was exposed here because it had never happened before and she didn't know or expect it.
