Spunky Knight 5 is an older comic that has sex elves--6-8" tall males that can grow their dicks--trying to satisfy a very horny woman who is giant-sized in comparison. Not terribly much in the way of process (just a page or maybe two), but it's PE with SM. You'll probably want to avoid the last page as there is (supposedly humorous?) snuff.
