Oh it would throw the world into mayhem for sure but on the bright side having a fairly significant number of victims (say 2% of the world's male population) would make it much easier on individual victims as a whole
. Interestingly because its passed genetically it would be more concentrated in certain communities than other meaning rather than it just being a blanket 2% across the globe it could possibly be as high as 10% in some areas and nearly completely unheard of in others
. Of course not all of these new girls will become witches, they will have the potential to (as will any female children they have from now own) but I'm sure some of them will choose to keep their old job or continue their schooling or what have you.
Luckily I think this is one troublesome thing we won't have to deal with in real-life
