Well, I have good and bad news for you. The good news is, I'm pretty sure I know exactly what you're talking about ("First Date with Erin," or something similar) and I found it in video form here:

The bad news is, that's the only form I found it in, rather than, say, a set of images. It was originally posted by shadowguy05 on giantesscity, but I went to the thread and didn't see any pics, and the thread was locked...so I'm thinking you might be out of luck, unless somebody has it and wants to put it up here.
