As far as I know, Lorekeep's always been against any activity that could cause his own business problems; beyond that, I'm afraid Berne and WIPO just don't carry much weight inbound against businesses centered in the United States. Ideally, they would; but the reality is that those two copyright-cartel fronts have done more to damage our international credibility by enforcing American judgments on foreign sites, but rarely the inverse. Until that changes, few countries are going to respect the procedure, and the U.S. companies will continue to get away with blatant infringements. Beyond that, Lorekeep doesn't ask questions; this is in compliance with Safe Harbour provisions, which
require copyright owners to request the removal of their works.
Of course, if you meant to argue that
these forums are a public channel, then you've completely lost your mind. YouTube has infinitely greater reach than this site, and no login is required for baseline usage. This isn't freakin' Demonoid, and I've yet to see Lorekeep tell an upset content creator to go fuck themselves.
