WARNING: MAY CONTAIN *INDIRECT* SPOILERS:
well, given the nature of the magical girls in the series (they're not their physical bodies, they're the stones they carry around that animate their physical bodies) she'll probably just appear as a witch representing her inner psychological trauma.
The question is how that'll manifest itself, and also leads to some speculation about the other two prominent witches shown (Charlotte and Gertrude, AKA the first witch fought and the one that killed Mami)
This is all theorycraft at this point, however, as there are a few different routes the actual "witchification" could take. All we know from previous encounters is that 1) Said new-witch will not be taking a human form, 2) Her body is gone forever unless someone near her drags it out of the witch's space 3) Madoka is going to be SUPER traumatized by the whole thing.
Seriously, poor little Madoka would make a therapist a lot of money even BEFORE episode 8. it's only been that many episodes and she's already giving Shinji Ikari a run for his money in Woobie Points, with the added benefit of not being annoying about it.
Also, uh, Kyubey's "real" name has some...dark connotations. Along with the implications of "Walpurgisnacht" alluded to by Kyoko and Homura the past few episodes.
I haven't had this much fun and been this freaked out (in a good way) by an anime series since Higurashi...with the added benefit of not knowing anything before watching an episode (except for this week...but i'll be honest that just made me wanna watch it more. And the fact that that was the SMALLEST reveal in the episode says something about the series)
