Could be zdarkness, I never was able to find the movie to watch it. I know in the anime movie of the same name, there was no such gender change. But both center around a plot about an actress and her would be stalker and how mind twisting it gets...

I don't remember if this live action movie was released in the U.S or not... might have to ask Timber or another one of the clip hunters for more leads.
