I purchased it. It will only cost me about $18 or so to get it, and I'll have it before the end of May. I have paypal if you want to contribute, chachazero90/vincent_ritcher. I'll scan everything except the first two chapters.

Edit: And they said they're getting a copy of it. This happened before with Amazon, so we'll see if it works out again this time. I really hope so. If it cancels again, I'll help you pay for it instead, chachazero90.
