Love the content, hate the packaging.

Adobe Digital Editions is nowhere near as convenient as a pdf file and having to download a program, install, sign up with adobe, login, then finally get to download my file (and all this after the usual rigamarole involved in buying it) is a hassle. Thankfully most of that won't have to be repeated and wouldn't be as much of a problem if, as Xtrem said, Digital Editions interface didn't SUCK.
