Well at least you don't need to try to track down the Final Fantasy one. (another one below).

After a quick look for leads on Magiranger, I think it may have been a special "komikaraizu" ("comicarized" version) of the movie alone.

Speaking of Magiranger, Magi Pink was transformed into the vampire servant of a monster, this also happened in the American version (Power Rangers: Mystic Force):
