Yeah, I know what you mean. I personally am alright with it, but I can see the "being unfamiliar" with the character making the process seem, I don't know, "more" complete. I've always been partial to Fem-Renji's that I've seen though, there's something about those tatoos and hair style that I really like.
Anyways, I was just posting cause I wasn't sure if it was a month or more(this one database said sometime in May, but that was the only one I found with a date). There was another page of Renji being a guy I found somewhere(I didn't save it at the time) that was with all this, so I assume it'll have process of some sort. Whether or not it'll be a poof or what has yet to be determined:P.
