no that system is still just barely functioning they only thing getting intimate with them will do is make them more loyal and thus obey you more (doing stuff they don't usually do with out forcing them)
and yes vanilla is plain nothing special Peach Yoriichi and Aerith all have unique stuff and I dont know about the other one
