I say, anyone happen to have a rather old piece? I have the first page of a story boarded event wherein Raven from Teen Titans was a Koopa, and she had just turned Starfire and Blackfire into Koopas as well. There were some follow up pages with other characters being Koopa'd, though the only one I remember was Sailor Moon. I'm fairly sure it was done by ChaosCroc before he was known as such. Anyone remember that piece?
