Pain is part of plearure. its damn fine line.
I however see the point of Massive swelling being painfull.
Once years back I was bitten by a wasp on my hand. After about 15 mins it looked like a rubber dish glove over inflated with water. Believe me when I tell you, it wasn't 'erotic'. ;P
