Found the first volume of the series online at

Ran, the girl in the images above, carries those shoes around everywhere and uses them to AP when she feels like being older. It's only the first time that there is any real process, but she does change frequently. It seems that her whole family has magical powers. Her brother TFed into a wolf at one point for instance.

Overall, it appears to be an interesting series. It has a nice laid back tone, like it wants to unfold itself slowly.
