Cutting it a bit close, but it's still the 30th

Amy Pond (from doctor who) - waist height (about 1meter/3'3") - shrinking - barely dressed (clothes falling off her). The clothes are a police uniform from when she's a kissogram (but you can choose a different outfit) - has a surprised expression while trying to keep the clothes from falling off her. there is a man's arm holding a sonic screwdriver pointed at her.
