I'm looking for a story revolving around a box that when opened turns the main guy into his ideal girl (SPOILER(((((Only it was really his girlfriends ideal girl))))). I recall instructions appearing about each change on the inside of the lid and there was 20 something of them that happen one by one while they try to find the origin of the box.
