Hum, okay... to give you some general information:
My wife is 6' tall too, athletic with strong shoulders and a thin waist. She has 725cc moderate+ saline implants, partially under the muscle. She was aiming for 800cc in the first place, but the surgeon stopped at about 725 during surgery for risk of uniboob. Considering that she was a small B-cup to begin with, that's still quite a jump! The only reason why she took saline implants was that silicone implants were still illegal in Canada at the time.

Personally I like the moderate+ implants a lot, more so than the high profile implants. While they do not give my wife as much projection as high profiles would, they make her chest look fuller. Naked, her breasts almost touch one another, and she has some nice sideboob too. Considering her height and her broad shoulders, the effect is quite pleasing.

Sizewise, the 725cc gives her subtly large breasts. Again, this is probably due to her height and silhouette, but fully clothed she looks like a large D and nothing more. That is something that my wife definitely appreciate. While she loves large breasts, she doesn't always want to attract attention to herself, especially when at work, or when visiting family for example. When dressed to show off though, or simply when she's naked, then you get to see just how big they are. And don't get me wrong, while tiny in theorie for BE fans, 36E are still pretty damn big. That being said, I think that she could go bigger. Obviously, I like ridiculously large boobs or I wouldn't be here, but looking at this from a realistic perspective, she could probably go up to 900-1000cc. That would give more fullness to her upper chest and would make her silhouette more symmetrical. Hard to say what kind of cup size we would be talking about here - an F maybe?

Of course, if your wife already start at a full D-cup she probably doesn't need as many CCs. A mere 500cc could actually make her much bigger than what she want, so it's important to be careful. The rice test is probably your best friend here. In doubt though, my advice is to go bigger. If you hesitate between 500cc and 600cc for example, go with 600cc. These kinds or surgeries are risky, expensive and painful. No woman wants to go through that, and end up disappointed that her breasts are not as big as what she hoped for. Slightly larger is usually better than too small.

Oh and my advice to you and your wife: make this a project for the both of you. It's the woman who goes through the surgery, but the guy should do his part too. The end result is great fun, but it's no simple endeavor.

Anyway, hope this help. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. It's been a few years, but I might be able to answer some of them.

Cheers and good luck!
