The "Demon Sense" story was in the anthology, "Shikkoku no Kairaku", I think.
"Black Nurse Maya" has promising evil transformation scenes but doesn't really to go anywhere with the character acting truly evil as far as I know, even though some vampire/devil hunters seem to think she's worth chasing.
