Not that I expect much given their definition of what a "werewolf" is based on the very little I saw of the show. But...it's worth pointing out
this tidbit I found on Season 2 spoilers:
"There will be a female werewolf: But it might not be Lydia. Jeff Davis, Teen Wolf's executive producer, has promised a female werewolf transformation in season 2, but of course he's not going to spoil Lydia's season-1 cliffhanger by giving away any more details than that."
Sorry if this has already been posted (since it's a relatively old story.) I did a search and found nothing mentioned. Given the quality of the show from what I saw, I'm not surprised no one has mentioned it yet.
